The Chelsea Improvement Company is managed by Biederman Redevelopment Ventures Corporation, who founded CIC with Taconic Investment Partners, Jamestown, and Related in January 2007. BRV specializes in creating and revitalizing urban parks, plazas, and streetscapes, as well as creating self-financing downtown and neighborhood redevelopment programs.
